What do we do?
We are looking for a Boutique Fashion Advisor to become an ambassador for our brand, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and build authentic relationships with our customers.
Your Responsibilities
– Welcoming and assisting clients with personalized recommendations.
– Maintaining an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom that reflects the brand’s values.
– Learning and communicating details about collections, materials, and the creative process.
– Contributing to achieving sales targets and fostering client loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
– A motivated person passionate about fashion with a developed sense of aesthetics.
– Previous experience in retail or direct client interaction (a plus, but not mandatory).
– Excellent communication skills and empathy.
– Fluency in Romanian and Russian, and beginner-level English.
– A proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
