RXQUETTE provides complimentary worldwide shipping through DHL Express. After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing delivery details and tracking information. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
If an item isn’t immediately available and needs to be created for you, RXQUETTE will notify you accordingly.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding local holidays. Please allow additional time for processing during peak periods. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery to rural areas may require extra time. RXQUETTE is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen courier disruptions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Formal Customs Clearance: For orders exceeding $2,500 USD shipped to the United States, formal customs clearance may be required. The courier may contact you for additional information, such as a federal Tax ID or social security number, to facilitate delivery.
Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return any item purchased on rxquette.co within 14 days of delivery to the original destination country. To be eligible, returned items must adhere to the following:
We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use (such as washing or soiling), alteration, or damage, or for items missing their original tags. Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged in the original shipping materials.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact care@rxquette.co with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions and the return label by email. Returns must be sent using the provided label to ensure proper handling.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorisation or missing required documentation may not be processed.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we offer complimentary exchanges exclusively for size adjustments of the same item. To check availability, please contact care@rxquette.co with your order number. Once the returned item is received and approved, the new size will be dispatched.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the complete processing of your return.
Items that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to the customer.
